Why hasn’t my purchase been verified?

Once you’ve made your purchase the brand you’ve bought from needs to confirm that purchase. This can take a different amount of time depending on the product & brand. For example, a holiday purchase may not be verified until you’ve taken the holiday. This process usually takes around 60-90 days, but if you’re concerned that your purchase hasn’t been verified you can login to your vouchercloud account and your reward should show as being pending in the 'Activity Stream tab'. This section can be accessed under the 'My Rewards' section on the vouchercloud site but is not available on the app.

Your reward may be marked as declined if the purchase you made didn’t meet the terms and conditions of the reward offer, for example not meeting the minimum spend criteria or if the correct process was not followed. Please see our full rewards T&Cs here:
