Why has my activated reward disappeared?

If you don’t make a purchase within 24 hours of activating your reward offer the link will stop being tracked and the active reward will disappear from your account after 10 days. Don’t worry though, you can still use the offer, just search for it again on the vouchercloud site, click through via the reward link and make your purchase.
