What does “active tracked rewards” mean?

Active 'tracked' rewards are the reward offers which you’ve clicked on and “activated”. This means you’ve launched the brand's website using the special rewards link, as if you’re going to make a purchase. They will show as tracked until you’ve made your purchase and the brand has confirmed this with us.

At vouchercloud, a reward will appear as 'tracked' as soon as you sign up for an offer. This will then show as 'tracked' for a further 10 days whether you make a purchase or not.

Once your purchase has been confirmed the active tracked reward will become verified and you’ll be able to claim your reward. It will show at the top of the Rewards section in your account.
