What do I do if I forget my password?

Don't worry if you forget your pin, as this can easily be reset.

Tap the 'More Options' tab on the main screen. You will see the option for 'Forgotten pin'. Follow these steps to reset your access.

Please keep in mind that to reset your pin, all cards protected by the original PIN will be deleted to ensure they cannot be accessed by anyone else.
